Man Group seeks a senior finance leader to oversee the US finance function from New York to Fort Worth. You’ll own the US close, supervise regulatory filings, and act as the US GAAP expert, partnering with UK and US leaders to align processes and controls.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with substantial post‑qualification experience in a multi‑entity financial services environment.
• Strong US GAAP expertise and experience guiding complex accounting matters.
• Proven ability to manage regulatory filings and external audits across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead nine‑person US finance team across New York and Fort Worth, standardizing processes.
• Own the US month‑end close end‑to‑end with timely, accurate reporting.
• Act as the US GAAP SME and coordinate IFRS inputs with London group finance.
• Partner with US business leaders and the London‑based Group Controller on governance.
• Oversee regulatory filings, broker‑dealer considerations, and external audits.
