Louisiana Children's Museum is seeking a Group Experience Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute all museum group-based experiences, including birthdays, field trips, camps, and other programs. You will lead the Group Experience team and collaborate with multiple departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximize revenue.

You will oversee reservations, staffing, training, and program development, while ensuring safety and adherence to museum standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, Education, Recreation, Early Childhood Education, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in guest services, event management, camps, education, hospitality, or related operations.
• Three (3) years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs simultaneously.
• Strong customer service, organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with reservations, scheduling, and CRM systems preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the full lifecycle of group experiences—reservations, staffing, and post-visit follow-up.
• Lead Group Experience Coordinators, Birthday Hosts, Camp Counselors, and seasonal staff.
• Collaborate with Visitor Services, Education, Food & Beverage, Marketing, and Facilities to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Develop and implement programs to meet attendance and revenue goals.
• Maintain operational standards and continuously improve group operations.
