Job Summary
The Group Experience Coordinator is an energetic, organized, and customer-focused team player responsible for coordinating all logistics related to the museum’s birthday parties and field trip group visit experiences. This includes scheduling, correspondence, and clear communication with parents, educators, and museum staff.
The coordinator manages all aspects of weekday field trips—welcoming groups upon arrival, providing orientations, facilitating rotations, and serving as the on-site liaison between guests and museum staff. On weekends, the Coordinator leads the birthday experience, overseeing check-in, coordinating communication and payments, and working with catering and party hosts to ensure every child has an extraordinary celebration at the Louisiana Children’s Museum.
