Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Green Health and Wellness Center in Uniontown, OH, seeks a Group Exercise Instructor to oversee and support all assigned classes under the supervision of the Group Exercise Manager.

You will collaborate with Exercise Physiologists to help clients reach their goals, maintain safety, and deliver engaging sessions using formats such as Zumba, Pilates, cycling, and more. Must hold a Group Exercise certification and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• One Group Exercise certification from an NCCA-accredited organization.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with Zumba, Tabata Bootcamp, Pilates, Aqua, Group Cycling, or Martial Arts-based formats.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and deliver world-class service.
• Arrive early to prepare classroom and music.
• Instruct newcomers on class content and format.
• Refer members to fitness staff if needed.
• Follow LifeStyles class descriptions and formats.
• Provide professional presentation and instruction.
• Operate A/V equipment and manage music.
• Submit accident/injury reports as required.
• Maintain and store equipment properly.
• Attend staff meetings and mandatory trainings.
