Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Green Health and Wellness Center in Uniontown is seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to lead classes under the supervision of the Group Exercise Manager. This PRN role supports diverse wellness programs, helping clients achieve fitness goals and improve quality of life.

You will greet members, arrive early, screen for new members, and coordinate with fitness staff. Comfortable with music and classroom setup; requires current Group Exercise certification and CPR.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• One National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA) Group Exercise certification is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Experience with diverse fitness formats preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members with a smile and deliver great service.
• Arrive 10 minutes early to prepare classroom and music.
• Screen new members and instruct beginners on class content.
• Refer participants to fitness staff for medical or instructional questions.
• Follow class format per LifeStyles descriptions within scheduled time.
• Operate music and audio/visual equipment carefully.
