Job summary

Get Air Trampoline Parks in Ogden, UT is seeking a Group Sales Coordinator to drive group events, facility rentals, and large bookings across locations. You will manage inbound leads, pursue outbound sales, prepare quotes, and guide customers from inquiry to booking with a hospitality-focused approach.

The role is full-time and in-office, reporting to the Service Center Director. The ideal candidate combines phone and email charm with strong organization, relationship-building, and goal-oriented

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, event coordination, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong phone and email communication skills.
• Able to negotiate professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound group sales leads by phone and email.
• Make outbound calls and emails to local businesses, schools, and community groups.
• Build relationships to encourage new and repeat bookings.
• Coordinate group jumps, field trips, and facility rentals.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing based on attendees and event needs.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Assist customers before and after booking and event.
