Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking a Party Coordinator / Reservationist to join the Sales and Front Desk team. This role focuses on booking parties, coordinating events, and delivering premium guest experiences at the front desk and event spaces.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong sales ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple party timelines while providing exceptional service and support to guests and hosts. Flexible scheduling including weekends is required.

Competenze

• Must demonstrate strong sales ability and premium guest service.
• Experience in party and event coordination or reservations is a plus.
• Comfort with front desk operations and using POS or venue software.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and book parties and events, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
• Check-in/check-out accuracy and guest escorting to tables or rooms.
• Support Party Hosts as needed and act as backup Party Host when required.
