Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field; 15 years’ product management experience.
Alternative: 17 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area with 14 years’ PM experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Walmart's Fulfillment Engine.
Drive intelligent fulfillment decisions connecting inventory, capacity, and costs.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop scalable decision engines and real-time data capabilities.
Establish KPIs across promise accuracy, reliability, speed, cost, and inventory productivity.
Build and inspire a high-performing product management team and align with executive stakeholders.
