Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Group Director of Product Management to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the Fulfillment Engine—our core intelligence platform that informs real-time fulfillment decisions across inventory, capacity, delivery speed, and cost.

You will build and lead high-performing product teams, partner with Engineering and Data Science to develop scalable decision engines and APIs, and align initiatives with customer promises and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area; 15 years' product management experience.
• Option 2: 17 years' experience in product management or related area.
• Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Business Admin; 14 years PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Lead decision engines, optimization models, APIs, and real-time data capabilities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Data Science for scalable systems.
• Drive KPIs across promise accuracy, fulfillment reliability, cost to serve.
• Build and lead a high-performing product management organization.
