• Alternatively 9 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

• Define the overarching B2C marketing strategy across Walmart's portfolio of products, services, digital experiences, and in-store capabilities
• Lead integrated go-to-market planning across Marketing and business partners with clear objectives, audiences, timing, channels, and measures of success
• Shape products and services through customer insight and market intelligence to inform positioning and strategy
• Lead marketing for customer products, services, and fulfillment including the Walmart app and emerging digital capabilities
• Drive in-store and local marketing to connect enterprise priorities with local markets
• Build and lead a large, high-performing marketing organization with strong culture and capabilities
