Job summary

You will define the vision, roadmap, and operating model for the AI lifecycle and partner with senior leaders to align AI priorities with business outcomes.
You will accelerate AI adoption, design scalable onboarding, deployment, and governance mechanisms, and drive adoption of AI-native development patterns across Global Tech.
Qualifications
- Experience leading large-scale, enterprise platform or transformation initiatives.
- Proven success delivering products and platforms used by thousands of internal or external users.
- Experience driving software engineering, product management, or platform strategy organizations.
- Strong understanding of modern AI/ML technologies, generative AI, agent frameworks, and software development practices.
- Experience managing senior leaders and distributed teams.
