Walmart in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Director, AI Upskilling to lead enterprise AI upskilling initiatives that build scalable learning solutions, increase AI fluency, accelerate workforce capability, and expand career mobility.

You will partner across GTL, Walmart Academy, Talent, Operations, and business stakeholders to align learning strategies with business needs and deliver measurable workforce impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Communications, Education, or related field.
• 5 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in adult learning, training content development, or related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes in matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team focused on enterprise AI upskilling and workforce pathways.
• Develop and execute Walmart Academy’s AI fluency and capability strategy with GTL and business stakeholders.
• Build scalable skills pathways and career mobility programs aligned to demand.
• Partner across GTL, Academy, Talent, Operations, and business teams to identify needs and deliver learning solutions.
• Manage program strategy, pilots, scaling, adoption, measurement, and improvement.
• Use data to evaluate impact, guide decisions, and shape workforce transformation priorities.
