Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in CS/engineering and 7+ years in software engineering with 4+ years of leadership.
• Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and strong AI/ML/Cloud experience.
• Experience leading complex engineering programs and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering programs focused on AI/ML enhancements and cloud-native tech.
• Oversee architecture across backend, frontend, and mobile stacks for scalability.
• Align roadmaps with Product and Program Management, define milestones.
• Drive CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native practices to excellence.
• Mentor senior engineers and foster cross-team collaboration.
• Balance trade-offs with sound technical judgment to meet business goals.
