Responsibilities

• Coordinate group dining reservations and arrangements for Wynn and Encore Las Vegas restaurants.
• Manage inquiries, proposals, confirmations, menu selections, seating, special requests, and event details for group dining experiences.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, contracts, correspondence, and guest profiles within designated systems.
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to ensure operational readiness for scheduled group events.
• Communicate guest preferences, dietary restrictions, VIP information, and special accommodations to restaurant teams.
