Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an accomplished General Manager/Managing Director to lead the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa and the Sunshine Hotel & Suites Grand Cayman. You will drive guest experiences, financial performance, and a culture of excellence across both properties.

Candidates should have 10+ years in high-volume resort leadership, Caribbean or international experience, and English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of hospitality leadership experience.
• Caribbean Island and/or international resort experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across both properties.
• Oversee front office, housekeeping, F&B, banquets, and spa operations.
• Develop and manage budget, drive revenue, and control costs.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
