Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks an accomplished General Manager/Managing Director to lead the Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa and the Sunshine Hotel and Suites Grand Cayman. This role requires strategic leadership across both properties.

You will drive guest experiences, financial performance, and a culture of excellence while overseeing operations from front office to maintenance, and collaborating with owners and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years hospitality leadership experience.
• Experience managing luxury resort properties.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to communicate with owners and asset managers.
