Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a 2nd Shift Kitting Group Coordinator Lead to oversee a warehouse work group and guide daily operations. You will train new associates and ensure packaging aligns with customer specifications.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced setting with attention to safety, quality, and efficiency. Shift is 2:00pm–10:00pm, Monday–Friday, with weekends/holidays as needed, and a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package product into bags, boxes, or totes per customer specifications.
• Document quality checks and enter into the system.
• Read and disseminate information on the product specifications and packaging requirements.
• Assist in training new associates and cross-training backup associates.
• Pull product samples and test product mix, labeling and/or weight against specs.
• Follow all safety, environmental and quality guidelines.
• Must be able to perform all duties of packaging operator II.
• Maintain housekeeping duties around packaging equipment and in warehouse.
• Responsible for lockout/tagout of equipment when clearing jams or performing basic maintenance.
• Perform basic adjustments to operating equipment to maintain finished product conformity to specs.

Position: 2nd Shift Kitting Group Coordinator Lead
Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Monday - Friday (Weekends and Holidays as needed)
Pay: $19.45 per hour (+ $0.50 differential)

Role Purpose
