Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Second Shift Group Coordinator Lead to manage schedules and train associates. The role centers on directing the work group, monitoring progress, and handling daily workloads in a fast-paced warehousing environment.

The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months of warehouse experience, forklift operation, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Training and safety emphasis are key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience or related role.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Forklift-training completion within 30 days is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and monitor progress for the work group.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the team.
• Direct daily workloads and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records/logs.
• Review documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor when needed.

The core responsibilities of this role include: Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Position: Second (2nd) Shift - Group Coordinator Lead
Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm - Monday-Friday
Pay: $29.50per hour plus $1.50 Shift Differential

Conduct training for new associates. Maintain legible and accurate records or logs. Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility. Must have MHE experience.

• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
