Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a 2nd Shift Kitting Group Coordinator Lead. The shift runs 2:00pm–10:00pm Monday–Friday, with weekends and holidays as needed. Pay is $19.45 per hour plus a $0.50 differential.

Lead a warehouse/clerical team, provide daily direction, train new associates, ensure product packaging meets specs, and uphold safety and quality guidelines while supporting continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide daily direction to the work group.
• Train new associates in the identified work group.
• Package product into bags, boxes, or totes per customer specifications.
• Document quality checks and enter into the system.
• Read and disseminate information on product specifications.
• Assist in training new associates and cross-training backup associates.
• Pull product samples and test product mix, labeling and/or weight against specs.
• Follow all safety, environmental and quality guidelines.
• Maintain housekeeping around packaging equipment and in warehouse.
• Lockout/tagout of equipment when clearing jams or performing basic maintenance.
• Perform basic adjustments to operating equipment to maintain finished product conformity to specs.

Role Purpose:
