Job summary

Hornblower Group, City Experiences, is seeking a Group Concierge in Newport Beach to oversee post-booking details and coordinate event logistics while driving upsell opportunities. You will build rapport with guests and work with sales and operations to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle a high volume of events, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 1 year experience in sales support or event coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of regional vessels, products and enhancements.
• Lead post-contract follow-ups including passenger count adjustments and upsells to groups.
• Upsell existing guests to higher-value options and enhancements.
• Follow guidance on when to follow up with clients for revenue opportunities.
• Maintain flexibility to work a variable schedule including nights and weekends for site visits and meetings.
• Serve as resource for sales team; meet clients and assist in local port operations when needed.
• Act as primary contact for clients post-booking and coordinate site visits.
• Ensure detailed communications to Food & Beverage and Operations for proper execution.
• Manage 50 events per month and collect feedback and referrals.
