Job summary

Hornblower Group Chicago is seeking an Event Planner / Group Concierge to drive post-purchase engagement for group guests, coordinating event logistics and identifying upsell opportunities to increase order value. You will report to the General Manager or Senior Concierge Manager, depending on port needs.

Responsibilities include managing client site visits, coordinating with sales and operations, and maintaining detailed product and event records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support or as an event coordinator.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules.
• Proficiency with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-booking client communications and site visits.
• Coordinate event logistics and upsell opportunities.
• Document guest interactions in Salesforce and generate weekly reports.
• Support sales team with site visits and client relations.
