Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking an enthusiastic Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site in Littleton, Colorado. You will lead engaging and safe group fitness classes that inspire participants of all fitness levels to achieve their health and wellness goals.

This is an on-call position offering flexible coverage when regularly scheduled instructors are unavailable, with compensation of $50-$60 per class.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA accredited certification.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and safe group fitness classes (dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, circuit).
• Create a positive, inclusive environment to motivate participants across fitness levels.
• Provide on-call coverage when regularly scheduled instructors are unavailable.
• Ensure safety and proper form during all sessions.

You'll create a positive, inclusive environment, deliver high-quality instruction, and help foster a supportive fitness community that keeps members motivated and coming back.This is an on-call position that provides class coverage on an as-needed basis when regularly scheduled instructors are unavailable, offering a flexible opportunity to share your passion for fitness while gaining experience in a corporate wellness setting.Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.Minimum RequirementsCurrent group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.The compensation range for this role is $50 - $60/class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
