Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, is seeking a Group Class Instructor for Philadelphia, PA. Schedule includes mornings and evenings Monday-Thursday, with classes like Cycle/Spin, HIIT, Bootcamp, strength, and Pilates.

You will lead engaging, safe workouts and help members progress toward their fitness goals. Qualified applicants hold a valid group fitness certification and CPR/First Aid, have 2+ years of instruction experience, and can navigate onboarding/timecard systems.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required prior to start date.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

About the role

Group Class Instructor | Philadelphia, PA

Schedule (Monday-Thursday):
Mornings: 7:00 AM & 8:00 AM OR
Evenings: 4:30 PM & 5:15 PM

The compensation range for this role is $40 - $45 per class. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
