Health Fitness Corporation is seeking a Group Class Instructor for the Springfield, MA location. This part-time position allows you to lead exciting fitness classes like dance, kickboxing, and boot camp while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.
• 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members.
• Lead various fitness classes such as kickboxing, boot camp, and dance.
• Utilize electronic onboarding and timecard systems.

This opportunity offers a **flexible schedule**, making it easy to fit into your routine while doing what you love.Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.Minimum Requirements* Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.* Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required.* 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.* Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.Compensation: $20/hr - $40/hr.
