HealthFitness is seeking a Part-time Group Class Instructor for our corporate client site in Boston, MA. You will lead engaging group sessions including dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp and circuit, ensuring safety and enjoyment for participants.

Required certifications (ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM/NETA/NCCPT or equivalent), CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days, and 2+ years of instructional experience are preferred. Onboarding and timecard systems familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certifications from ACE/AFAA/NASM/ACSM/NETA/NCCPT or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our corporate client site located in Boston, MA. In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit. This is a position teaching # of classes per week or working on an as-needed basis.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
