Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a part-time Group Class Instructor to lead fitness sessions at our Crosby, Minnesota client site. You will teach 2–3 classes weekly, delivering safe, engaging group workouts such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

The ideal candidate holds a current national group exercise certification and CPR/First Aid; 2+ years of experience is preferred. Onsite onboarding and timecard systems knowledge are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire.
• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Responsibilities

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for a Group Class Instructor to join the fitness team at our community client site located in Crosby, Minnesota .

This is a part-time position teaching 2-3 classes per week.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe group exercise to members such as dance, kickboxing, step, boot camp, and circuit.

Minimum Requirements

• Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The compensation range for this role is $14 - $15/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
