You will manage enrollments with third-party firms for group-level cases here at Mutual of Omaha, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective enrollment plans, including budget review and product education. You’ll forge strong relationships with Sales Reps, Brokers, and third-party Enrollment Firms, crafting strategies that elevate customer satisfaction and achieve participation goals.
