You will manage enrollments with third-party firms for group-level cases here at Mutual of Omaha, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective enrollment plans, including budget review and product education. You'll forge strong relationships with Sales Reps, Brokers, and third-party Enrollment Firms, crafting strategies that elevate customer satisfaction and achieve participation goals.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 plus annual bonus opportunity

  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Cultivate Strong Relationships: Build and maintain trusting relationships with Sales Reps, Brokers, and third-party Enrollment Firms. Actively participate in or lead meetings to foster open communication and support.

  • Strategize for Success: Collaborate with the sales team and Enrollment Firms to develop effective enrollment strategies that meet participation and expense management goals at the group level.

  • Lead the Process: Act as the primary point of contact, managing all aspects of group enrollments from pre-enrollment planning to post-enrollment debriefing, ensuring smooth operations and satisfaction.

  • Drive Engagement: Partner with sales reps and Enrollment Firms to craft and implement impactful enrollment strategies, including timelines and communication plans to maximize results.

  • Ensure Excellence: Review and recommend the best communication tools and enrollment portals, maintain meticulous records, and provide robust support during enrollment events



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Knowledge: 2-4 years group benefits account management, implementation management or experience with an enrollment firm and/or have worked at a carrier with enrollment firms with core concentration on core benefit enrollments including voluntary group benefits products.

  • Innovative Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think beyond existing barriers and practices, utilizing sound and independent judgment.

  • Effective Multitasking: Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing customer needs.

  • Licensing: Current state Insurance License required.

  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.
