As a Field Sales Team Leader located in Tampa, FL, you'll report to the Sales & Strategy Manager. Your purpose will be to manage a team of field sales representatives by motivating them, setting goals, and properly assessing their performance to achieve the company's intended results.

In this role, you will work closely with business owners in the hair and beauty industry, adding significant value to the company. You will be responsible for assisting businesses in getting set up with Booksy, educating providers on our benefits, and closing accounts that align with our offerings. As a product expert, you will be accountable for managing and driving both your own and your team's pipeline of providers in a field setting.


Requirements:

  • At least 4 years of field sales experience; previous experience in an outbound sales role with included Product/Service onboarding is a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a team leadership role.
  • Experience selling technology or SaaS solutions; familiarity with small business clients is advantageous.
  • Written and spoken Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficiency in utilizing Salesforce to create charts and reports.
  • Tech stack: Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce.
