Job summary

Unison Risk Advisors is seeking an administrative support professional to assist two to three Client Managers in Cleveland. You will respond to requests, manage enrollment and billing tasks, and help maintain client documentation.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a professional demeanor. You will interact with HR teams and vendors, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of renewals and carrier materials.

Qualifications

• College degree is an advantage but not required.
• 1–3 years of industry knowledge, healthcare benefits preferred.
• Ability to multi-task across employer groups.
• Professional written and verbal communication.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfort communicating with HR teams at all levels.
• Health and Life license within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct administrative support for two to three Client Managers, responding promptly and collaboratively.
• Support retention of existing client base and identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Act as a client contact, assess needs quickly, and resolve issues with sound judgment.
• Handle enrollment, billing, claims and other admin issues, ensuring complete client solutions.
• Enter current and historical account data and commissions for onboarding new clients.
