Precision AQ seeks a Group Account Supervisor to lead a patient support program portfolio within a top payer marketing agency. You will manage client relationships, steer project plans and budgets, and mentor junior staff while ensuring regulatory guidelines are followed.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams, opportunities for advancement, and a comprehensive benefits package. Remote-friendly with travel as needed and a discretionary annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience and Medical, legal, regulatory review experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead primary client for acceptance of proposal and manage ongoing client opportunities.
• Develop client agendas and slide presentations; lead client calls with stakeholders.
• Provide direction to support team on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
• Mentor personnel at Associate/Account/Senior levels; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations; monitor hours and direct costs.
