Job summary

Alternative Community Resource Program, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician - Group ABA (BHT - EIABA) to provide ABA-based interventions for children aged 3-6 in a structured group setting.

The role focuses on developing social, emotional, and behavioral skills, including communication, play, self-help, and potty training, under supervision by a BCBA/BCaBA team to foster school readiness.

Qualifications

• Certification as BCaBA, RBT, BCAT or ABA cert from NCCA/ANSI.
• High school diploma with 40-hour RBT training or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience and related training.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to program policies and agency procedures.
• Attend supervision and training sessions.
• Collect data per treatment plan and ensure accurate records.
• Complete progress reports and required agency paperwork.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to monitor progress.
• Engage families and implement treatment plan activities with the child.
