Westminster Winter Park in Winter Park, FL is seeking a Groundskeeping Supervisor to lead the Maintenance Department. You will oversee flower beds, shrubs, hedges and irrigation systems, coordinating with contractors.

This full-time role reports to the Director of Maintenance and requires an Associate's degree or 3 years related experience, and strong English communication. We offer competitive wages, onsite fitness, employee discounts, vacation pay, parking, and more.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language and understand and follow written and oral directions.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage and supervise assigned staff members. Coordinate work, repairs and maintenance schedule of staff. Assign work orders to staff.
• Monitors daily, weekly and monthly tasks/work orders for building and equipment maintenance.
• Manages, maintains and orders maintenance supply inventory.
• Interact with contractors or vendors with regards to repair related visits.
• Coordinate building and equipment repair projects with staff and contractors.
• Train and develop staff on how to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing and A/C systems.
