Job Description

We are seeking an experienced grounds maintenance technician for an apartment complex. The ideal candidate will have 3-12 months of experience in trash pickup, property upkeep, make-ready work, hands-on skills, customer service, and contractor experience. Responsibilities:

1. Property ground maintenance
2. Keep common areas clean, vacuumed, mopped, and dusted
3. Pick up trash around dumpsters and the property
4. Perform landscaping tasks such as trimming, pruning, and watering
5. Assist in the preparation of make-ready units

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. At least 3 months to 1 year of experience or equivalent
2. General knowledge of grounds maintenance skills
3. Valid driver’s license
4. Ability to work at a fast pace
