Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to AL’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company-sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions, etc. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Your “Day to Day” at American Landmark

• Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property
• Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
• Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment
• Responsive, courteous, and efficient in handling all resident requests

Qualifying Accomplishments:

• Prior experience in multi-family housing
• Electrical & plumbing skills / troubleshooting ability
• Irrigation knowledge
