Job summary

Robbins Property Associates, LLC is seeking a dependable Groundskeeper for Circa at Fishhawk Ranch Apartments in Lithia, FL. You will help maintain the cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including common areas and amenities, and assist with make-ready and property projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work ethic and dependability.
• Experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping or maintenance preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community grounds, common areas, breezeways and amenities.
• Remove trash and maintain dumpster/compactor areas.
• Assist with apartment make-ready preparation.
• Support curb appeal through pressure washing and general cleanup.
• Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Assist the maintenance team with property projects as needed.
