Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Porter for our 280-unit family community. The Porter reports to the Community Manager and works Monday through Friday with overtime and weekend flexibility.

The starting pay range is $22–$24 per hour, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. The role includes grounds cleanup, safety compliance, light maintenance, and turnover tasks.

Qualifications

• Must have cleaning experience.
• Inventory experience.
• Experience in turning a unit.

Responsibilities

• Walks the property and removes litter, debris, and pet droppings from grounds and common areas.
• Maintains safety standards and communicates hazardous conditions as needed.
• Keeps exterior lighting in working order and reports issues.
• Assists with make-ready duties and unit turnover.
• Performs interior and exterior painting tasks as required.
• Coordinates with maintenance and residents to ensure property upkeep.
