Job summary

Liberty Military Housing in San Diego seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain grounds, buildings and common areas, perform routine cleaning and use necessary tools and equipment to deliver quality service. You will contribute to a safe, welcoming community and assist with make-ready tasks where needed.

The role requires physical stamina, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between locations. Pay is hourly with opportunities for on-site growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 6 months of custodial/maintenance experience.
• Basic understanding of grounds maintenance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and cleaning equipment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel to other regional locations for work.
• Able to lift/carry up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, pool and common areas.
• Removes trash daily from grounds and offices.
• Cleans interior/exterior areas using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Assists in make-ready of units and touch-up painting as needed.
• Supports service technicians and general maintenance tasks.
