Liberty Military Housing seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to perform routine cleaning and maintenance across multi-family communities. You will operate tools, assist in make-ready units, and support service teams while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Entry level to 6 months of general custodial/maintenance experience.
• Beginner to basic grounds maintenance understanding.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and cleaning equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and ability to travel between locations.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 65 lbs independently.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, amenities, buildings, and surrounding areas.
• Removes trash from grounds and common areas daily.
• Details interior/exterior areas using cleaning tools and equipment.
• May assist with snow shovelling and make-ready tasks.
• Support repairs, replacements, and installations of fixtures as directed.
