Job summary

Liberty Military Housing seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, buildings, amenities, and surrounding areas at a multi-family community. You will operate tools and equipment, communicate with team members, and uphold our service standards.

The role supports a broad range of tasks from trash removal to light maintenance, with occasional snow shoveling and make-ready support.

Qualifications

Entry level to 6 months of general custodial/maintenance experience.
Basic understanding of grounds maintenance.
Ability to use hand and power tools and cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grounds, amenities, buildings, and surrounding areas.
Remove trash daily from grounds and office areas.
Clean entry areas, sidewalks and common areas; use brooms, mops, vacuums.
Assist with make-ready units: trash outs, touch up paint, cleaning.
Help with repairs, installation of fixtures and minor painting/caulking.
Clean air conditioning vents and replace air filters.
Report maintenance concerns to management.
Operate a company or personal vehicle to travel between locations.
