Qualifications

• Must pass background and drug screen.
• Must speak and write English.
• Must have physical strength to move dumpsters multiple times weekly.
• Pool maintenance experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate exterior appearance and grounds.
• Assist maintenance with make-readies and general tasks.
• Clean grounds, pool area, and common facilities daily.
• Test and balance pool chemicals; perform basic repairs as needed.
• Ensure safety and neatness of walkways, parking areas, and entrances.
