Integrated Real Estate Group in Fulshear, Texas is looking for a dedicated Porter / Groundskeeper to maintain the peak appearance of our beautiful A+ property. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the property remains clean and well-maintained.

Responsibilities include landscaping, cleaning common areas, and preparing vacated apartments for re-renting. The ideal candidate will have swimming pool maintenance experience and the physical strength to perform heavy duties.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass background & drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must speak and write English.
• Must have physical strength to move dumpsters regularly.
• Swimming pool maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous groundskeeper/porter experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Maintain peak appearance of property exterior.
• Clean and maintain all common area facilities.
• Perform landscape maintenance and irrigation repairs.
• Trash out vacated apartments for re-renting.
• Assist with maintenance department tasks.
