Responsabilidades

• Maintaining cleanliness: remove debris and keep grounds and common areas tidy.
• Community upkeep: maintain amenities, exteriors, and leasing office.
• Vacant unit preparation: assist with light maintenance for new move-ins.
• Resident service requests: respond to requests and assist with repairs.
• Landscaping: water plants, trim bushes, keep outdoor spaces well-kept.
