This role includes afternoon-evening shifts and weekend work, physical tasks such as lifting, sweeping, pressure washing, and operating light equipment, with ongoing communication to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping or landscaping experience preferred.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Able to follow directions and report issues in real time.
• Able to follow a set schedule and adapt to changes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs (50 lbs with assistance).
• Reliable, organized, and professional.
• Comfortable with afternoon-evening shifts and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of interiors including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and floors.
• Clean exteriors: sidewalks, driveways, and common areas.
• Rake leaves, sweep and blow walkways; pressure wash as needed.
• Move large dumpsters with pallet jack.
• Restock public bathrooms and manage supply inventory.
• Collect trash and recycling; report maintenance concerns.
• Communicate issues to Maintenance Supervisor; assist residents.
