Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a groundskeeper for a 300-unit apartment community in Clermont to maintain grounds and common areas. The role is an hourly non-exempt position with a rate of $18.00 per hour.

This person will perform routine grounds upkeep and respond to property needs while adhering to safety and quality standards. We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Valid FL driver’s license to drive a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property grounds and common areas.
• Pick up trash and debris.
• Perform minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies.
• Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Community Manager or Supervisor.

Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community centrally located in the heart of Clermont! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Valid FL DL to drive a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager.
