Job summary

Westdale Asset Management is seeking a Groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community in Clermont, FL. This hourly non-exempt position involves upkeep of grounds and common areas, with a focus on outdoor work and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include walking the grounds, trash pickup, minor repairs using tools and cleaning supplies, and supporting property staff as needed. Competitive benefits and a $18/hour wage plus monthly renewal bonuses are offered.

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Valid FL DL to drive a golf cart on the property.

Rate: $18.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 300-unit apartment community centrally located in the heart of Clermont! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!
