Job summary

Westdale Asset Management seeks a groundskeeper for a 314-unit apartment community in Shreveport, Louisiana. You’ll maintain the property grounds and common areas with attention to detail and enjoy outdoor work.

This hourly, non-exempt role typically runs 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend work based on property needs. Monthly renewal bonuses apply, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and apartment

Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

We are seeking a groundskeeper for our 314-unit apartment community in Shreveport, Louisiana! Our Groundskeeper is responsible for the general upkeep of the property grounds and common areas. If you enjoy working outside and have an eye for detail, we would love to meet you!

Requirements

• Must meet all physical requirements and be able to take direction
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) a plus!

Responsibilities

• Walking the property grounds and common areas

• Performing minor repair and maintenance duties using tools and cleaning supplies
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the Community Manager, Service Supervisor, and/orAssistant Community Manager.
