Position Salary Range: $18.18 per hour
Job Summary:
Under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, the Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the community’s curb appeal and keeping all areas of the community clean and attractive for residents and guests. This individual will also have some exposure to other areas of community maintenance, such as service requests and the make ready process, which will provide an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in multifamily maintenance. Groundskeepers contribute to community retention efforts by taking initiative in maintaining community appearance and always providing the highest level of customer service.
