Job summary

ZRS Management in Houston, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper to perform essential property maintenance duties and ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the grounds. Responsibilities include maintaining the buildings, breezeways, debris removal, bulb replacement in common areas, regular property walks, pressure washing, and preparing market‑ready units, as well as keeping all common areas and amenities pristine.
