Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is hiring a Groundskeeper to help maintain our residential properties. You will be responsible for keeping buildings and common areas clean, performing routine grounds maintenance, and preparing units for market readiness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings and breezeways, ensuring cleanliness and order.
• Sweep or blow debris from grounds; replace light bulbs in common areas.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect for needed maintenance.
• Pressure wash exterior surfaces and prepare market-ready units.
• Clean all common areas, model units, and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free of debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
